Itinerary
- Our representative will pick you up from the airport or your hotel and then you’ll depart with the group to Masai Mara National Reserve. We’ll pass through the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and stop in Narok town for lunch. Upon arrival in the Masai Mara we’ll go on an afternoon game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

- After breakfast you’ll go on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The Mara is the best game viewing park in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close range animal viewing and photography. We’ll break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool before driving to a nearby Maasai village. You’ll dance and interact with the Maasai people. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

- After an early morning game drive and breakfast, we’ll depart the Mara region for Lake Nakuru. You’ll eat lunch en route and enjoy scenic views of Mt. Longmont, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Elementaita from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in Nakuru town in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at a budget hotel.

- After breakfast you will go on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, which is known for its prolific birdlife, including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for white rhino conservation. Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. You’ll enjoy a hot lunch and then drive to Lake Naivasha. Here you have the option of going on a boat ride or visiting Crescent Island (cost not included). Dinner and your overnight stay will be at a budget hotel.

- After breakfast you’ll go on a nature walk in Hell’s Gate National Park. You may hire bicycles during this portion of the tour if you are interested. There are over 100 species of birds here, including vultures, Verreaux's eagles, Augur buzzards, and swifts. African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson's gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park features two extinct volcanoes and obsidian formations created from cool molten lava. Later you’ll drive to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the campsite.

- Today you’ll go on a full-day game drive in Amboseli, which features swamp grounds that elephants and hippos bathe in. A variety of plains game, antelopes, and birds can also be seen, as well as Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak (weather permitting). We will cater picnic lunches. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.
